Design
Features
-Horizontal / vertical shaft, volute, single-stage, end-suction, closed, semi-open or vortex (free-flowing) impeller centrifugal pumps.
It covers a wide working area with 18 basic dimensions.
-Bearing group, stuffing box, pump shaft and impeller can be removed without separating the volute from the piping, thanks to the detachable design from the back. (In case of optional spacer coupling application, the rotor group of the pump can be taken out without removing the electric motor)
-Discharge flanges comply with TS EN 1092-2 / PN 10 (PN 16). (Flanges in pumps with steel or stainless steel body material comply with TS EN 1092-1 / PN 10 (PN 16))
-All impellers are dynamically or statically balanced in accordance with ISO 1940 class 6.3.
-Axial force is balanced by balancing blades behind the impeller.
-The direction of rotation is clockwise when viewed from the motor side.
-The bearings of all EDPT-DI Series pumps up to size EDPT-DI 150-315 (included) are “grease-closed for life” type, while the larger size pumps are oil-lubricated type. In case of vertical mounting (EDPT-DI-M), grease lubricated bearing is always used.
